Unbeatable location with unbelievable view of the mountain. Brand-new and large room with a reasonably spacious bathroom and a safe, flat screen cable TV, and a mini fridge bar. Comfortable beds, nice pool. What an attentive staff.

The staff were attentive and very attentive, and the private parking was available. Location: the hotel was close enough to the cliffs as well as good restaurants, attractions and city centre.

Thin walls. Requested our twin beds to be put together during booking which wasn´T. Asked several times during our stay and was told it would be done, which wasn´T. Gave up at the end...

For the price we paid, the value was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively main street. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Paulo Viana, Francisco, Katherine, and Jackson at the swimming pool bar. The mountain view from the upper floors was amazing, and the gardens added a nice touch to the ambiance. We were close enough to restaurants, attractions, and the city center, but fortunately far from the crowds.
